Here at GAO Tek, our Human Resource Internship is available to all qualified candidates who are looking to gain experience in the field and are comfortable working from home. We are seeking an individual who is motivated to learn, open to contributing time and effort, and committed to resulting in quality and productivity of our team. Assist the HR team in carrying out the full-cycle recruitment process.
Post job ads, on career websites, university and college career pages, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes, manage email correspondence with candidates, and enter data into the Applicants Tracking System.
Interview qualified candidates, induct and onboard new hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs.
Qualifications:
Intern is required to contribute to 20 to 40 hours per week for 3-6 months.
Computer skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Social media and lead generation work.
Use social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, emails to build professional connections for you and for our company and answer their simple questions.
Prior internship experience a plus but not required.
Ability to quickly learn and process information.
Organization and time management skills.
