Job Description
We are looking for a bookkeeper with e-commerce experience to join our US-based organization. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience for e-commerce businesses.

- Handles data entry in QuickBooks.
- Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP/AR
- Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.
- Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
- Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.
- Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting, and having difficult conversations.
